Our Small Group Personal Training and Large Group Personal Training Program offers a cost-effective way to access expert coaching, personalised to your goals—without the price tag of traditional 1-on-1 training.

With a maximum of 6 participants in SGPT sessions and 10 in our LGPT sessions, you'll receive hands-on support and tailored guidance in every session, no matter your fitness level, experience, or availability.

Whether you’re new to the gym and looking to build confidence and learn the ropes, or someone who’s been training for a while but wants more structure, better results, and professional accountability—this program is for you.

Join a welcoming community, work with expert coaches, and take your training to the next level—at a fraction of the cost.

Wide-Range of Times Available

Our timetable is designed to provide you with training in multiple times of the day - from 6am to 7:30pm

Progress and Plan

Sessions are designed to make you progress on your skill and strength, weekly.

Comprehensive Approach

Add Nutrition Coaching and Coaching Chats to ensure you have a unique plan to follow outside the gym.
